Machine Builder

Responsible for assembling, installing, and testing industrial machines and automated equipment based on engineering drawings and specifications. Works with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components to ensure machines are built to quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble machinery and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Install mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components
• Read and interpret technical drawings and layouts
• Perform machine setup, alignment, and initial testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or electrical issues during build and testing phases
• Assist with machine tryouts, debugging, and modifications
• Ensure all builds meet quality, safety, and customer specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety procedures

Requirements:

• Experience in machine building, assembly, or industrial maintenance
• Ability to read blueprints and mechanical/electrical schematics
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
