Rehabilitation Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

We’re seeking compassionate and dependable Rehabilitation LVNs to support patients as they recover from injury, illness, or surgery. In this role, you’ll work closely with RNs and the interdisciplinary rehab team to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence.

Schedule

• 7a | 12‐Hour Shifts
• Full Time (3 - 12hr shifts a week)

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Administer medications and treatments per physician and RN orders
• Monitor vital signs, neurological status, and overall patient condition
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and transfers in support of therapy goals
• Reinforce patient and family education related to rehabilitation plans and self‐care
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to support individualized recovery plans
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN and care team
• Document care activities, observations, and patient progress accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

• Active LVN license in the state of practice
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care LVN experience required
• Rehabilitation experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
• Patient‐focused mindset with a commitment to recovery‐centered care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced, interdisciplinary environment
