Job Details:
Job Title: RN Home Health/ Hospice    
Location: Dickinson & Williston, ND
Position Type: 13 Weeks Contract
Shift: Day
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay: For Travel- $2500- $2750/ Week

Job Requirement:
Minimum one year of Experience
RN Compact or ND state License
BLS

Job Responsibilities:
Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs in the home setting.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for home health or hospice patients.
Provide skilled nursing care including medication administration, wound care, and IV therapy.
Manage pain and symptoms to improve patient comfort and quality of life.
Monitor vital signs and evaluate changes in patient condition.
Educate patients and family members about disease management, medications, and care techniques.
