Locums Critical Care Physician Assistant near New Orleans, Louisiana - No Call, Night Shifts
Provide overnight CTICU coverage for a high-acuity heart and lung transplant population while working alongside onsite physician and resident support.
Practice & Cases
- Inpatient cardiac critical care environment
- Heart and lung transplant, ECMO, and ventilator management patients
- Perform intubations, line placement, and bedside ICU procedures
- Adult-only patient population with high-acuity critical care needs
Schedule
- 12-hour overnight shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am
- PRN coverage model with recurring shift blocks
- Option to pick up select weeks each month
- No call responsibilities
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Louisiana license required
- ACLS, BLS, and DEA required
- Critical Care experience required
Logistics
- Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are covered
- Travel accommodations arranged for scheduled coverage blocks
