Job Title: Special Education Teacher (SPED)
Location: Lawrence, MA (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $41.25 $46.10 per hour

About the Role:
EDU-AIDs is looking for Special Education Teachers in Lawrence (MA) who can support students in a structured and inclusive classroom environment. You will be part of a team that values collaboration, consistency, and student progress.

What the Day Looks Like:

• Work with students in a special education setting (elementary, middle, or high school)
• Develop and follow IEP goals
• Track student progress and maintain documentation
• Coordinate with general education teachers and support staff
• Maintain a calm, structured classroom

What Matters for This Role:

• Active Massachusetts Special Education License
• At least 1 year of classroom experience in special education
• Ability to manage classroom routines and student behavior
• Comfortable working on-site in Lawrence, MA
