Ultimate Therapy at Autumn Lake Healthcare at Vineland is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist for our skilled nursing facility. This position offers the chance to deliver hands-on, patient-centered care in a collaborative rehab environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and identify barriers to daily function
• Implement therapy programs targeting mobility, coordination, and self-care
• Utilize adaptive techniques and assistive equipment
• Educate patients on recovery goals and expectations
• Work alongside PTs, SLPs, and nursing staff

Requirements:

• Current state OT license
