Physical Therapist
We are seeking a passionate and driven part time or full-time Physical Therapist to join our well-established outpatient clinic in Mechanicsburg, PA. Proudly serving the community for over 25 years, our clinic emphasizes hands-on, one-on-one care and a collaborative, supportive team environment.
Owned and operated by a licensed Physical Therapist who is actively involved in daily operations, our team includes:
- 3 Full-Time Physical Therapists (including the owner)
- 1 Full-Time PTA
- A full administrative and clinical support staff
This role is available due to the relocation of a current PT who is moving out of state to care for a family member.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary up to $85,000, based on experience
- Up to $42 an hour for part time
- 3 weeks PTO annually

Patient Care Setting:
- 100% outpatient care
- One-on-one patient sessions
- 40-minute treatment and evaluation intervals
- Patients range from teens to geriatrics
- Diagnoses include orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, balance, and aquatic therapy
- EMR: WebPT (training provided)
- Opportunity to tailor caseload based on your clinical interests
- Strong preference for experience or interest in orthopedic and vestibular care
Schedule:
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Part-time: 20 to 30 hours/week
- Clinic Hours: Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM and Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Prefer candidates available for a couple of later shifts per week
- No weekends or hospital shifts
- New graduates welcome – mentorship available
Qualifications:
- Clear and active Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania
- Comfort or willingness to learn orthopedic and vestibular therapy
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for patient-centered care
