About the Role:
Join Able Rehab Staffing LLC as a Physical Therapist, PT where you will play a vital role in improving the lives of patients through tailored rehabilitation programs. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and fostering a positive environment for both our clients and staff. Our pay is per visit and dependent on visit type. This is a PRN to Part-Time opportunity with very flexible scheduling and autonomy over your availability.

*Performing Oasis Start of Care is not required!* *You set your geography of where you want to take patients!* *Build your caseload as you will eval and treat your patients, not just fill in!*

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' physical abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and function.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Stay current with best practices and advancements in physical therapy.

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with patients.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
