Job Description
Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Fayetteville, NC clinic.

Position Responsibilities:


• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as appropriate
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Support a positive and clinically excellent treatment environment


Schedule:

This is a full-time, in-person position requiring reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations Monday through Friday; however, occasional schedule adjustments or Saturdays may be required based on operational or client needs.



Requirements

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required

• Must be eligible to practice in North Carolina

• Prior ABA clinical experience required

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred

• Passion for improving outcomes for children with autism and their families
