Ultimate Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to work within a skilled nursing facility, assisting with resident care and rehabilitation services.

Role Overview:

• Follow established care plans created by the supervising therapist
• Deliver therapeutic activities focused on movement, stability, and functional tasks
• Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate updates
• Support residents during exercises and daily movement activities
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation

Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
• Strong teamwork skills and resident-centered mindset
