Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to outpatient clients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Educate patients and families about treatment procedures and strategies
- Document patient progress using updated EMR systems
- Participate in departmental orientations and skill assessments
- Current PT license in California
- Current BLS certification from AHA
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Ability to float between outpatient and inpatient settings as needed
- Strong ability to work with diverse patient populations
- Excellent communication and patient assessment skills
