Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic programs for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop coordinated treatment plans
- Document patient progress and modify treatments to achieve therapy goals
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and activities
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and professional standards
- Utilize evidence-based practices to improve patient care outcomes
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Minimum of one year of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
- BLS certification required
