Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Crestview, FL offer a 13-week contract in an outpatient setting, working 5 eight-hour day shifts each week. You need at least 1 year of experience, outpatient experience, a current Florida PT license, and AHA BLS certification. Expect to see 12-14 visits per day and perform 3-4 evaluations daily, primarily with an orthopedic population and a small percentage of more medically complex cases.
