Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Stepdown/Intermediate Care unit at a hospital in Wichita, KS, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a valid KS or compact RN license.

- 36-bed general surgery and trauma stepdown/intermediate care unit
- Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:30
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active KS or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
- BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
- ACLS certification preferred (AHA-issued)
- NIHSS certification preferred
- Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a valid US home address
- Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
- 2 professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Care for general surgery and trauma patients in a stepdown/intermediate care setting
- CPI or MOAB High-Risk training (online portion) must be completed prior to start; on-site portion completed during orientation
- Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate based on proximity to the facility
