Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Provide outpatient physical therapy tailored to individual patient needs
- Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams, including occupational therapists and nurses
- Engage patients in exercises and assistive device usage to improve mobility
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment records in Epic EMR
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and post-therapy care
- Current NC PT license or compact equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
- Experience with geriatric and post-surgical patient populations preferred
- BLS certification required
- COVID-19 vaccination required, with exemptions considered
