Job SummaryCuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - Pediatrics to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities- Administer respiratory therapy treatments and manage ventilator support for pediatric patients.
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Conduct respiratory assessments and monitor patient progress.
- Ensure compliance with all facility-specific policies and legal standards.
- Provide education on respiratory health and treatment to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Current RRT certification; CRT not acceptable.
- Active Tennessee license or eligibility, in compliance with NLC guidelines.
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric experience required.
- A driver's license must be included with the application submission.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required.
- Proof of required immunizations, including flu vaccine.
