Job Description
Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You’ll have the flexibility to work full-time (up to 37.5 hours weekly), with part-time opportunities potentially available. Your assignment will span a variety of elementary, middle, and high schools, providing valuable experience with a range of age groups and caseloads.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Valid Florida teacher certification and/or active Florida DOH SLP license.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs.
- Completion of required fingerprinting process; familiarity with Florida AHCA Clearinghouse processes a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to each student’s unique goals.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team discussions.
