The Service Advisor Role

The Service Advisor plays a critical role in customer satisfaction, shop efficiency, and revenue growth.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- Open and close the shop
- Greet customers professionally and guide them through the intake and inspection process
- Build and present estimates using digital inspections and approved pricing guidelines
- Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and parts staff to manage timelines and expectations
- Present repair estimates to customers and gain customer authorization
- Follow all intake, documentation, follow up, and delivery procedures
- Ensure a positive final experience through quality control, delivery review, and post service follow up
You May Be a Great Fit If You:
- Enjoy working directly with customers and building long term relationships
- Are comfortable presenting recommendations and asking for the sale
- Stay organized and calm while managing multiple vehicles and customers
- Follow processes and scripts consistently without cutting corners
- Take ownership of the full customer experience from start to finish
- Have experience with Tekmetric shop management software
- Have valid TX drivers license
