Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) Fulltime

About the Role:
Join TRUCARING INC as a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) OR CNA in Fort Wayne, IN, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing quality care and support in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health and wellbeing to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and follow care plans as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Document care provided and ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
• Collaborate with family members and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• use a Hoyer lift at home

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Indiana.
• Experience in home health care or a similar caregiving role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• Willingness to undergo background checks as required by state regulations.
