About the Role:
Join Appleton City Manor LLC as a Certified Medical Technician (CMT) and make a difference in the lives of our residents. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional care in a supportive and welcoming environment.

• 6a-6p shifts: rotating schedule
• immediate opening available

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing staff.
• Participate in care planning and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of resident care areas.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Assist with training and mentoring new staff members as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid Certified Medical Technician (CMT) license in the state of Missouri.
• Previous experience in a long-term care or assisted living setting preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare practices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in healthcare is a plus.
