The Product Retail Specialist plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, delivering detailed product knowledge, and creating an outstanding retail experience for every guest.

• Greet customers upon arrival and engage them in a professional, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, and capabilities to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Guide customers through the sales process by answering product-related questions and addressing any concerns.
• Offer test drives and explain the benefits of various models, trims, and available upgrades.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom by ensuring vehicles are clean, prepped, and ready for display.
• Stay updated on inventory, new arrivals, and promotions to provide accurate and timely information to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet individual and department sales goals.
• Attend training sessions and stay informed on new technologies, product updates, and market trends.
• Follow up with customers after visits to nurture relationships and provide ongoing support.
