AUTOMOTIVE Service Writer / Assistant

TRUCK FITTER DEALER: Repairs, and service company seeking a reliable and responsible individual to help assist our Service Department.

Job Description but not limited to:

• Customer Service - Interact with Customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely response
• Help assist with estimates, on-site estimate, Invoicing, and repair orders.
• Schedule appointments, monitor service progress, calculate charges, and process payment.
• Interact with managers to ensure proper parts are in stock needed for jobs.
• Interact with managers to ensure each truck is being worked on in a timely fashion.
• Vehicle Tracking - log in info.
• IPad usage.
• Data Entry.
• Keep organized spreadsheets/charts.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Experience:
Automotive experience a MUST (Cars & Trucks)
A clean NYS drivers license (preferred)
WILL TRAIN

Hours:
Full - Time - Winter Hours
Monday- Friday
7am- 4:30pm
Saturday 7am-12pm

Full - Time - Summer Hours
Monday- Friday
7am- 5:30pm

Part-Time flexible hours available

SALARY - BASED ON EXPERIENCE
