Who Were Looking For:

• BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst): Experienced in behavior planning and skill development for children with Autism and ADHD. Strong collaboration and parent training skills are a must.

Were looking for creative, self-directed professionals with a flexible mindset who arent afraid to think outside the box. If you love adapting strategies to meet kids where they are, we want to hear from you.

What Youll Do:

• Deliver personalized services to children with ADHD
• Assessment and treatment planning
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Significant focus on parent training and coaching
• Track progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Work in person's home or via Telehealth (flexible based on role)

Requirements:

• Active BCBA/BCaBA
• Considerable experience/knowledge with ADHD
• Self-starter with strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and innovate in a fast-paced environment
