We are an expanding pediatric therapy center based in Tallahassee, FL, serving children and families across 7 counties. We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team and help support children from preschool through grade 12.

Position Details
- Full-Time BCBA
- Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends)
- Clinic-based services with coverage across 7 counties
- Weekly paid team meeting (1 hour)
Opportunity to supervise and support RBTs and behavior programs
Compensation
- $80,000 – $85,000 annual salary

What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Oversee implementation of ABA programs
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and team members
- Collaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
