Joe's Auto Repair in Longwood is a fast growing auto repair shop No Weekends


Were not looking for an order taker.
Were looking for a professional who can run the front of the shop, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

WHAT YOULL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Managing thecustomer experience from drop-off to delivery
• Answering phones and turning calls into appointments
• Building and presenting estimates
• Selling needed work with integrity
• Communicating with technicians and controlling workflow
• Keeping every vehicle movingno stalled jobs
• Updating customers consistently

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Strong communication skills (this is #1)
• Ability to sell without being pushy
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Can handle pressure and multitask
• Takes responsibility and takes the lead
• Works well with technicians and leads the front of the shop

This is not a sit behind the desk jobthis is a leadership role


AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE

• Service advisor experience preferred
• Sales experience is a BIG plus
• Must have some basic automotive knowledge
