About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated school-based Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Charm City Therapy in Baltimore, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement behavior support plans
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior plans
• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of applied behavior analysis
• Input data into IEP/follow IEP requirements

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for making a positive impact on the lives of others
