Im a proud Antigo native, born and raised, and I love serving the community that shaped me. Im a mom to two energetic boys, and family is at the center of everything I do. Im also engaged to an amazing fianc who is a State Farm agent as well, so this business is truly part of our everyday life. Being able to make a difference here at home is incredibly meaningful to me - after all, thats what being a good neighbor is all about.

I graduated from Antigo High School and went on to earn my Bachelors degree from UW Green Bay. I started my journey with State Farm in May of 2020 as an Agent Team Member and opened my own agency in May of 2022. Were currently a growing team of four and are building something special together. Our culture is friendly, laidback, and family-oriented. We work hard, but we also believe in enjoying the process. Flexibility and creating a supportive, family atmosphere are very important to me.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Arika Alft - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
