ROLE DESCRIPTION:


As an Account Manager at Eric Mayer State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect new business accounts via outbound calling and referral activities
• Use a customer-focused approach to provide information about insurance products and services
• Diagnose customer needs to suggest additional products and services with our agency
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals, answering any questions they may have
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses with professional customer service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Work with agent to establish and meet agency goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills written, verbal, and listening
• Self-motivated
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Comfort handling difficult conversations
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred
• Outgoing and sociable

COMPENSATION:

• 55-75k+ per year, based on performance.
