CNA or PCA Evening Shift

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to provide in-home care for a 77-year-old male client living with his wife in the Winston area.

The client has dementia and Parkinsons disease and requires standby assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), as well as support with evening routines, including preparing for bed.

Due to Parkinsons-related muscle stiffness, the caregiver must be comfortable using a Hoyer lift.

Schedule:

• Monday Thursday: 3:00 PM 9:00 PM
• Friday: 4:00 PM 10:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM 9:00 PM
• Sunday: 4:00 PM 8:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Provide standby and mobility assistance
• Assist with evening and bedtime routines
• Safely operate a Hoyer lift as needed
• Provide companionship and ensure client safety

Qualifications:

• CNA certification or PCA experience preferred
• Experience with dementia care required
• Experience using a Hoyer lift required
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate effectively
