ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I graduated from West Chester University and have built a career rooted in family, community, and service. Before becoming a State Farm agent 10 years ago, I worked in my familys legal supplies business, where I learned the value of hard work and taking care of people. Outside of the office, Ive been a longtime husband, father, and now grandfather, and Ive enjoyed giving back to the community through 15 years of coaching youth football.

Today, I lead a close-knit team of 4, where we focus on creating a supportive, professional, and rewarding environment. Were looking for candidates who want to be part of a small but strong team that values relationships, growth, and making an impact both in the office and in the community.

As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jim Walsh - State Farm Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
