Certified Surg Tech – Travel Job - Now Hiring

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to expertly assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of patients by preparing the operating room, sterilizing equipment, and providing support to the surgical team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current certification from a program accredited by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or CST credential.
• BLS Certification.
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist in an operating room environment. (Client requests at least 1 year of experience.)
• Experience working in a hospital surgical setting, including exposure to general and specialty cases preferred.
• Willingness to accept on-call responsibilities approximately 1 day per week and to work approximately 1 weekend per month as requested by the facility. (Client-required call frequency noted as part of assignment expectations.)
• Must be able to provide required certifications and documentation with submissions. Candidates without all required certifications attached will be rejected by the client.
• Preferred: Permanent address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Hours: 06:30–17:00.
• On-call requirement: Approximately 1 day per week; approximately 1 weekend per month.
