Manufacturing Associate - Now Hiring

Our client, a leader in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As an Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Durham, NC

Pay Range: $18.20

Shift: 6AM-2:30PM (Mon-Fri), OT as needed

What's the Job?

• Perform tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Conduct quality inspections on processing lines in accordance with specifications
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scientific methods to ensure quality standards
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment to support safety and efficiency

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 2 years manufacturing assembly experience required
• Ability to read, write, interpret instruction manuals and blueprints
• Ability to use basic measurement tools, such as microscopes
• Flexible hours to work overtime as needed
