In-office positions are available in: Ames, Cedar Rapids, Davenport, Grundy Center, Mason City, and Waterloo.

Hybrid and Fully-Remote positions are also available.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position offering a dynamic and supportive work environment with flexible scheduling options, including telehealth opportunities.

1099 Independent contractor positions are available for those who are independently licensed in Iowa (may live anywhere in the US)

What You’ll Do:

As a Mental Health Counselor with Heart and Solutions, you will:

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling to clients.
• Conduct assessments to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with clients, families, and community resources to support mental health and overall well-being.
• Implement crisis intervention strategies and facilitate referrals for additional services as needed.
