About the Role:
Join CARING MINDS HEALTH SERVICES LLC as a Paid Family Provider in our DDD Program, where you can turn your caregiving skills into a rewarding career. This role allows you to provide essential support to your family members while being compensated for your dedication and love.
Pay: $15.50 – $18.00 per hour

We are looking for compassionate and reliable individuals to become Paid Providers for someone enrolled in the DDD system. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference while earning income with a flexible schedule that works around your availability.

What We Offer:
- Pay from $15.50 – $18.00 per hour

- Flexible schedule based on your availability
- Free training provided, including:
- Article 9
- CPR
- First Aid
- Guidance through the entire onboarding process
- Assistance obtaining a Fingerprint Clearance Card if you do not already have one
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must live in Arizona
- Must be willing to complete a background check
- Must complete required training (provided at no cost to you)
- Must be confirmed in the DDD system before starting. If you are not yet confirmed, we will help guide you through the process.
Start Date:
You can begin working as soon as training is completed, and your DDD provider's status is confirmed.
