Job Description

Provide clinically informed, person-centered mental health services grounded in peer support and recovery-oriented principles.
Integrate peer support values such as mutual respect, empowerment, hope, and self-determination into therapeutic practice
Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, community providers, and natural supports to coordinate care
Utilize strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approaches
Support individuals in identifying personal recovery goals and developing actionable wellness plans
Promote community integration, stability, and improved quality of life
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with NC licensure and program requirements
