Behavior Consultants is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our BC team to help serve clients in the surrounding Ann Arbor area. Candidate must be available at least 4 days per week, M-F between 3:00 pm-6:30 pm.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred but not necessary.
  • BA/BS degree preferred but not required
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Regular access to a computer with high-speed internet
  • Valid Michigan driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Must have daily access to a reliable and insured vehicle
  • Must be willing to travel to client location - (typically travel will not exceed more than 45 minutes from home office). You will be working in the client homes as well as our clinic. There is travel reimbursement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage clients in daily activities through implementation of an individualized, behavioral therapy program
  • Follow set protocol developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Travel to and work in home, community and school settings
  • Collect daily data, graph results and implement behavioral support developed by Master’s Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst
  • Timely communication with other members of the team (phone, email and text)
  • Participate in meetings when needed

 

Hours/Availability:

  • Part-time position, 12-16 hrs. per week.
  • Candidate must be available at least 4 days per week, M-F between 3:00 pm-6:30 pm.
