Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ultrasound Technologist to perform high-quality gynecologic and pelvic ultrasounds in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and values patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform transvaginal and transabdominal pelvic ultrasounds

* Obtain accurate measurements and high-quality diagnostic images

* Assist provider with **sonohysterography (preferred but not required)

* Recognize and document abnormalities for physician interpretation

* Ensure proper documentation and image storage

* Maintain ultrasound equipment and exam rooms

* Provide a professional, comfortable, and respectful patient experience

* Collaborate closely with physician and clinical staff for efficient workflow

Qualifications

* Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) – required

* OB/GYN specialty (or significant experience in women’s imaging) strongly preferred

* Minimum 1–2 years of ultrasound experience (outpatient preferred)

* Proficiency in transvaginal imaging required

* Strong attention to detail and image quality

* Excellent communication and patient care skills

Preferred Skills

* Experience with sonohysterography (SIS) 

* Doppler ultrasound experience

* Familiarity with EMR systems (Elation or similar)
