Senior Procurement Manager

Garrett Popcorn Shops is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead the strategy and execution of direct and indirect sourcing across all business channels.  This role is responsible for developing and executing strategies and frameworks to drive continuous improvements with product availability, cost savings and supplier performance.  This involves contract negotiations with our key suppliers, as well as identifying additional suppliers to meet the quality requirements of the organization.

We are seeking a strategic leader to develop the procurement organization and work collaboratively with the planning and operations team.   The individual will have experience in negotiating all procurement contracts and will report to the VP, Supply Chain.  This individual should be able to work in a fast paced, high-growth environment and motivate others to innovate in a highly customer-focused and growth-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to set and execute short- and long-term procurement strategies supporting a multi-channel business.
• Serve as the functional lead and process owner for Procurement, driving continuous improvement across sourcing processes, systems, and policies to support a high-growth multi-channel business.
• Own sourcing across direct (ingredients, packaging) and key indirect categories (transportation).
• Develop and execute category strategies to ensure supply continuity, cost efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks (dual sourcing, safety stock strategies and contingency plans).
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, including supplier identification, qualification (with QA), risk assessment, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) and Limited Time Offers (LTO), aligning cross-functional teams to deliver on time and at target cost.
• Drive data-informed decision-making through robust analytics, including cost modeling, spend analysis, and supplier benchmarking.
• Stay current on industry trends, commodities, and best practices through engagement with suppliers, industry groups, and peer networks.
• Implement and manage supplier quality and food safety programs (including SQF compliance) in partnership with QA and Operations.
• Maintain and govern procurement documentation, including ingredient and packaging specifications, supplier records, and contracts, in collaboration with QA, Legal, and Operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in procurement operations and strategic sourcing, specifically in the F&B industry. 
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Proven experience sourcing ingredients and packaging in a manufacturing environment
• Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage market insights to drive strategic impact
• Experience sourcing globally, with knowledge of import/export complexities
• Strong financial acumen and executive-level communication skills
• Experience collaborating with and influencing senior leadership
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and complex projects
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with procurement and analytics tools; advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI

Compensation:

·       The anticipated salary range for this position is $115,000 to $130,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a few factors, including your job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications and experience.  Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance; Employer paid Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance; Employer paid life insurance and eligibility to participate in the company 401(k) plan with annual discretionary match.   This position is eligible for the Garrett Hybrid Work Arrangement (3x week in office).
