Job Description:We are looking for an experienced residential painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Prep, prime, and paint interior and exterior surfaces
• Properly clean, sand, caulk, and repair surfaces before painting
• Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety procedures and handle materials responsibly
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Ensure high-quality, detail-oriented finishes

Requirements:

• 2+ years of professional painting experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Proficiency in cutting-in, rolling, and spraying techniques
• Ability to perform surface prep work, including patching and sanding
• Knowledge of different paint types, finishes, and application methods
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work on ladders and in various weather conditions (for exteriors)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
