Job Summary:

As our Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face customers meet first. You’ll guide them through the repair process, communicate with technicians, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied and informed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
  • Schedule appointments and manage workflow
  • Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
  • Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer approvals
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service
  • Handle billing and payment processing
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic automotive knowledge (you don’t need to be a mechanic!)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with service management software is helpful
  • Valid driver’s license
