- Customer Service
- Providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring prompt and professional interactions with clients
- Maintaining and building customer relationships.
- Acting as a point of contact for service customers at S&S
- Addressing questions, concerns, issues and scheduling with customers
- Collecting feedback from clients on how S&S can better improve service.
- Team Management - Service
- Supervising the service team
- Expectations/performance, support, guidance for team.
- Addressing and resolving conflicts as/if they arise
- Scheduling service technicians on a daily basis
- Scheduling and coordinating with team and client on service, maintenance, and repair calls.
- Scheduling calls in a logical manner where at all possible
- Collaborating with other departments / employees
- Develop refine or build new procedures for service department
- Monitor and analyze service department for proper performance and profitability
- Other office duties
- Estimating service repairs/replacements/maintenances in a timely manner
- Billing / ensuring billing is done on service calls in a timely manner
- Performing warranty claims are done as needed on relevant parts/equipment
- Ordering parts/materials needed for awarded repairs
- Using relevant software and systems
- Service fusion, quickbooks, Word/Excel
