  1. Customer Service
      1. Providing excellent customer service
        1. Ensuring prompt and professional interactions with clients
      2. Maintaining and building customer relationships.
      3. Acting as a point of contact for service customers at S&S
      4. Addressing questions, concerns, issues and scheduling with customers
      5. Collecting feedback from clients on how S&S can better improve service.
  2. Team Management - Service
    1. Supervising the service team
      1. Expectations/performance, support, guidance for team.
      2. Addressing and resolving conflicts as/if they arise
    2. Scheduling service technicians on a daily basis
      1. Scheduling and coordinating with team and client on service, maintenance, and repair calls.
      2. Scheduling calls in a logical manner where at all possible
    3. Collaborating with other departments / employees
    4. Develop refine or build new procedures for service department
    5. Monitor and analyze service department for proper performance and profitability
  3. Other office duties
    1. Estimating service repairs/replacements/maintenances in a timely manner
    2. Billing / ensuring billing is done on service calls in a timely manner
    3. Performing warranty claims are done as needed on relevant parts/equipment
    4. Ordering parts/materials needed for awarded repairs
    5. Using relevant software and systems
      1. Service fusion, quickbooks, Word/Excel
