Health Services Administrator (HSA)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Health Services Administrator (HSA) to oversee daily healthcare operations within our facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and managing clinical and administrative staff. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical department
• Supervise and support clinical staff including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility healthcare regulations and standards
• Coordinate with physicians, nursing leadership, and external partners to ensure continuity of care
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Monitor and maintain medical budgets, supplies, and resource allocation
• Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain quality and safety standards
• Review incident reports and implement corrective action plans as needed
• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare-related administrative matters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 3–5 years of healthcare management or administrative experience
• Experience in correctional healthcare, long-term care, or hospital administration preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation requirements
