Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW/LCPC)

Hills Behavioral Health Services LLC is a growing mental health provider committed to delivering quality, compassionate care to individuals and families in our community. We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with case managers and support staff
• Follow ethical and professional standards of care

Qualifications:

• Active Idaho license (LCSW, LCPC, or LMSW/associate under supervision)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with diverse populations preferred
