Security Officer

Now hiring Security Officers in Lambertville, New Jersey. Must be able to work 11.5-hour shift, 6 days per week, 0600-1730, with occasional Sundays with overtime. Job is expected to last 5 months, from May 11 to late September/early October. Current NJ Security Guard License (SORA) required. The guard will be posted at the front gate. Must be able to maintain focus, understand and react to emergency situations, and be professional at all times. Must be 18 years of age or older as required by law/contract. Must be able to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Candidates for the position should have strong interpersonal skills, ability to maintain satisfactory attendance & punctuality, and have a neat, professional appearance. High School diploma or GED required. $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending upon experience. Employees accrue paid sick time.
