Dispatcher/Office Assistant

Job Description

360 Heating & Cooling LLC is hiring a Dispatcher / Office Assistant to support our growing HVAC and plumbing service operations. This role is responsible for coordinating technicians, managing service calls, and ensuring efficient daily scheduling.

We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing technicians

·         Manage daily service routes for maximum efficiency

·         Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments

·         Communicate clearly with customers and field technicians

·         Update job statuses and maintain accurate records

·         Enter work orders, invoices, and service notes

·         Assist with office coordination and administrative tasks

Requirements

·         Dispatching or administrative experience (HVAC/plumbing preferred)

·         Strong communication and customer service skills

·         Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

·         Computer proficiency (scheduling software, email, spreadsheets)

·         Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience (Not Required)

·         HVAC or plumbing industry experience

·         ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar dispatch software

·         Experience managing field service technicians
