Health Atlast Sherman Oaks is looking for a personable, highly organized Medical Receptionist & Patient Scheduler to join our busy, multi-disciplinary practice. What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and manage patient appointments to maintain a full, optimized schedule
- Greet patients warmly and provide professional, friendly assistance in person and by phone
- Handle high call volumes across multiple lines with confidence and care
- Check patients in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy of information
- Verify insurance details and assist with related questions
- Collect co-pays and process payments accurately
- Support Personal Injury cases by communicating with attorneys and managing related documentation
- Perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, copying, mail handling)
- Monitor and restock office and medical supplies as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with a polished and professional phone presence
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable with data entry and general computer use (Microsoft Office proficiency required)
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and appointment coordination
- Previous administrative or medical office experience preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
