Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and process-driven Warranty Administrator to support our service department by ensuring all warranty repair orders and documentation meet Ford Motor Company warranty policies and guidelines.

This role is strictly focused on review, compliance, and internal documentation accuracy—no claim submission to the manufacturer is required. The ideal candidate will act as a gatekeeper to ensure warranty integrity, reduce risk, and maintain audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review all warranty repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Ford warranty policies

  • Verify proper documentation including technician stories, causal parts, labor operations, and supporting details

  • Ensure all warranty paperwork meets Ford audit and policy standards prior to submission

  • Identify and correct discrepancies, missing information, or non-compliant claims

  • Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to improve documentation quality

  • Maintain organized and audit-ready warranty files (digital and/or physical)

  • Track and report trends, errors, and opportunities for process improvement

  • Assist in internal warranty audits and compliance checks

  • Stay current on Ford warranty policies, bulletins, and updates

Qualifications
  • Previous dealership experience required (Ford experience required)

  • Strong understanding of automotive service processes and repair orders

  • Familiarity with Ford warranty policies and compliance standards

  • Proficiency in CDK dealership management system required

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to interpret and enforce policy guidelines

  • Excellent communication skills to work across departments
