We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field
- LMHC or LSW peferred
- Knowledge of the CBHI model
- Current Outpatient and family therapy license
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS), CANS and CPR certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
