Receptionist. Customer Care Associate
Two positions open 4/30/26
This is a well known respected company with corporate offices located minutes from Easton. Due to expansion and increased business they need to hire two new associates, one position is 8 am to 5 pm and the other is 11 am to 8 pm. Responsibilities involve taking inbound calls, transferring them to the proper departments and data entry projects. Some calls a re from prospective new clients. You'll gather information from them and route their calls the the people who can best help with their requests. This company is well known for providing top notch customer care so they are looking for candidates who have a very positive, friendly attitude. Prior office experience is helpful, accurate data entry skills are necessary. These are entry level positions. Up to $22 per hour to start. They have beautiful facilities and a team spirited staff.
