HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in Rensselaer, Indiana. Join a dedicated outpatient therapy team focused on orthopaedic and general rehabilitation.

Assignment Details:

• Location: Rensselaer, IN

• Start Date: ASAP

• Duration: 13 weeks

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends)

• Hours: 40 hours/week

• Setting: Outpatient – Orthopaedic & General Therapy

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload with a focus on orthopaedic and musculoskeletal conditions

• Develop individualized therapy plans to improve strength, mobility, and overall function

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with clinic and payer guidelines

Requirements:

• Active Indiana PT License (or ability to obtain prior to start)

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient ortho/musculoskeletal PT experience preferred

• Required Certification: BLS (AHA)

• Strong communication and documentation skills
